You consent to the Terms and Conditions when you use the Site, without qualification. If you disagree with any part of the Terms and Conditions, you may not use the Site in any way. |

| Efrancegolf.com ’s Services |
| Efrancegolf.com offers an online booking system that allows you to research and check for availability of golfing products (tee times, hotels, residences, packages, golf pass, trainings…) to suit you and enables you to make bookings with suppliers. |

| Efrancegolf.com acts as agent only |
Efrancegolf.com acts as agent for third party suppliers such as hotels, residences, villas, apartments, golfs…(the suppliers).
Efrancegolf.com does not assume any responsibility for the products and services provided by the Supplier and makes no representations or warranties (express or implied) about the suitability or quality of products and services featured on the Site.
Efrancegolf.com does not assume any responsibility in these cases :
- No show at your planned tee time
- No proof of your game level on a golf course which ask for a minimum handicap
- Unaccompanied minor (less than 18) |

| Procedures to enter in France |
It is your responsibility to ensure that you understand and comply with all relevant passport, visa, and vaccination requirements. If you are inhibited, it would be impossible for you to claim any refund of the services you have bought on efrancegolf.com. |

| Supplier Conditions |
Any booking you make on the Site shall be deemed an offer by you to purchase your chosen product or service from the Supplier. If your offer is accepted you will receive a confirmation e-mail and a contract is established via an invoice. All travel products and services featured on the Site are subject to availability. |

| Price |
All the prices are in euros. They have to be checked at the order. The VAT is always included but the collected VAT on the sold products is not mentioned on the invoices.
The price of the stays is variable according to the season, the number of people.
Unless otherwise agreed, our prices do not include:
- the fees relating to the administrative documents to enter the country
- the air transportation
- local tax (to be paid on site)
- drinks
- not planned meals |

| Payment |
| Full payment for all products is required at the time of booking. Payment methods other than those stated on the Site will not be accepted and no responsibility is accepted for cash sent through the post. The card's holder must participate to the booked stay. Authorised method of payment : Visa Card / Eurocard Mastercard. |

| Cancellation/Modification |
Every cancellation's request must be send recorded delivery with acknowledgement of receipt to efrancegolf.com (Golfeo). We will accept the fax or the email if the request is made more than 5 days before the date of departure. We will keep the postmark or the date of the fax or the email as a proof.
An inclusive payment of 15 euros is required to proceed to the cancellation of the contract (the invoice) for the cancellations made 31 days before the date of the first service bought on efrancegolf.com. In that case, the issuing card will be credit of the amount of your order (minus 15 euros). To cancel your contract, you just need to inform our customer service by email or fax with your booking number at .
In case of cancellation at 30 days or less, inclusive payments will be kept :
- between 30 and 21 days before the departure : 25% of the total amount
- between 20 and 8 days before the departure : 50% of the total amount
- between 7 and 2 days before the departure : 75% of the total amount
- No show : 100% of the total amount In case of cancellation, the administration fees are never refunded.
The agency is allowed to charge more than the above amounts if the supplier indicates upper cancellation fees in its cancellation's terms. |

| Booking conditions |
In the bedrooms, residences, villas, it is forbidden to be more than the number of occupiers indicated on your voucher / invoice. In the hotels, residences or villas (not considered as a holiday centre), the minor (less than 18) who are not accompanied of their legal representative are inhibited. |

| Vouchers |
At the time of confirmation of the payment (that can take several hours or days according to the opening days and hours of your bank) and of the acceptance of the sales terms and conditions, you will receive by email your logins allowing you to visualize and print your vouchers. Your vouchers are available on your “Member Access” until the date of the beginning of your stay. The vouchers must be presented to each suppliers to get your services (hotel, tee times…). If you do not present the vouchers you could not access to your services and you could not claim anything at efrancegolf.com. The supplier may ask you a proof of identity when you will present your vouchers. If you are not the right person, the supplier can delete the booking without any possibility of refund. |

| Golf services |
Some of the golf clubs ask for a minimum handicap. On the detailed sheet of each golf the handicaps for men and women are implicitly indicated. To book a tee time you need to accept this condition.
Efrancegolf.com can not be responsible if a player is inhibited to play golf if its level is too poor. The golf can ask for a proof of your handicap.
Efrancegolf.com can not be responsible if you can not play on a golf course for climatic or competition reasons. You could be refund only by acceptance of the golf. If the golf does not agree you could not claim any refund. |

| Duration of the stays |
Accommodation
-Conditions:
In hotel business, the check-in is from 14:00 pm and the check-out at 12:00 ( midday ). For each arrival in your bedroom before 14:00 and departure after 12:00 , the hotel will charge you of 1 supplementary night. Our packages are calculated on the number of nights. In that case, if ever the first and last days are cut down (because of a late arrival or a early departure), any refund can be claimed.
-Classification of the hotel
: The number of stars (that you can see of the detailed sheet of the hotel) is attributed according to the European and French rules. Efrancegolf.com endeavours to inform you the best we can about your accommodation.
-Activities and services :
It could be possible that all the activities and services we have mentioned in the detailed sheet of the hotels are adjourned without any information from the supplier. Efrancegolf.com can not be responsible for this case of situation.
-Kinds of bedrooms: The single room has got a bed for only 1 person. They are often subject to a price supplement. The double rooms are either with 2 beds, either with 1 double bed. The triple or quadruple bedrooms are often double rooms equipped with extra beds.
-Meals :
The number of meals depends of the number of nights you spend in the hotel. The full board starts with the dinner of the first night and finishes with the breakfast of the last day. The half-board starts with the breakfast of the first night and finishes with the breakfast of the last day: the half-board includes 1 breakfast and 1 dinner per day. If some of the meals can not be served because of a late arrival, we could not proceed to any refund. In full-board and half-board, the drinks are not included except if it is mentioned in the contract.
-The activities offered in the stay: some of the activities can be dangerous for young children. Efrancegolf.com can not be responsible in case of accident. The supplier can cancel some of the activities for many reasons: climate, force majeure, insufficient number of people for the activity; in these cases, efrancegolf.com can not be responsible.
-Babies :
We suggest to the parents to bring the food for the baby. The hotel can charge you if you need the oven, or if you need a baby cot.
-Photos : We try to give you the best idea of the offered services and activities.
Hotels :
from 2pm / Departure maximum 12am
Residences and villas :
arrival : on Saturdays from 5pm / Departure on Saturdays, maximum at 10am

| Use of the Site |
The Site is provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis. Efrancegolf.com does not accept any liability in respect of your ability to access or use the site at any time or any interruption in that access or use or any failure to complete any transaction. Efrancegolf.com does not warrant that the Site is free from computer viruses or other properties that may cause loss or damage. |

| User Obligations |
You agree to be bound by the following obligations, including without limitation:
- You accept financial responsibility for all transactions made under your name or account.

- You warrant that all information you provide about yourself or members of your household shall be true and accurate.

| Insurances |
Efrancegolf.com has contracted a professional third party insurance for travel agencies at Mutuelles du Mans Assurance and will keep it for the whole duration of the activity. |

| Force Majeure |
Efrancegolf.com shall not be liable for any failure in the course of this Agreement if the same shall arise out of a force majeure event. This shall include without limitation government intervention, wars, civil commotion, hijacking, fire, flood, accident, storm, strikes, lockouts, terrorist attacks, or industrial action affecting efrancegolf.com or its suppliers. |

| Changes to the Site |
Efrancegolf.com may change any aspect of the Site or its content, including the availability of any suppliers, features, information, database or content. |
