- From Paris: take the A6 motorway to Macon - then A40 direction Bough-en-Bresse/Annecy - exit 11 Annecy - To follow the Faverges/Albertville N508 hug the Annecy Lake until the End of the Lake, to take D142 until Giez.
- From Lyon: to take the motorway A43 Chambery direction - Then A41 direction Aix-les-Baths, Annecy and Geneva. In Seynod -exit 16 Southern Annecy direction - To follow the Faverges/Albertville N508 hug the Annecy Lake until the End of the Lake, to take D142 until Giez.
- From Geneva: To take the A401 motorway then the exit 13 Annecy direction - To follow N201 to Annecy, then N508 Faverges/Albertville direction - hug the Annecy Lake until the End of the Lake, to take D142 until Giez. |

| The LVR the BIRDIE Residence is located in the small medieval village of Giez classified historical village with its castle of the 12 century, and in the heart of the international golf of Giez 27 holes. With a splendid view on the surrounding range, Mont Blanc peak and in backdrop the Annecy Lake's (at 5km).The End of the Lake Beaches' are at 5 km and the Ski resorts of Tarentaise (Courchevel, Méribel, Val Thorens, Plagne, Arcs, Tigne, Val of Isère...) and the Arve valley (Chamonix, Argentières, Megève, Saint Gervais...) are located at less than one hour by car. |

| Residence LVR the BIRDIE is composed of the several small buildings of typically Savoyard architecture. All apartments have a terrace, a balcony or a privative garden with view on the golf. The residences ensure a great comfort and traditional furniture of great quality. Elevator in each building, and private carpark. |

| There is a service of bakery, and all of trade are in Faverges or Doussard located at 5km far from Giez. |

| The international golf of Giez is one of the most attended courses area, splendid parts of water decorate the play. Tennis, Pétonque, and many sports activities near the Site: mini golf, cycle track, nautical activities, swimming (beach supervised in July-August), base leisures, riding school, caves and cascades, toboggan of summer, parapente, kayak, natural reserves. |

The Belevedere, 18 holes course PAR 72 is hilly. It starts by one PAR 5 of 485 m to approach quietly. To go to the hole n° 3 at the start of the n° 4, a shuttle is there to avoid you any tiredness.
You are then on the high part and you will discover the splendid view on the Annecy Lake and the Mount Blanc. You find then the low and technical part of the course, surrounded by the oaks. The hole n° 17 is a long PAR 5 of 536 m into light dog-leg right. |
